No. There's no recurring charge at all. When the period runs out, Premium simply ends until you buy again.

Yes. Periods add to whatever is left, so you can buy up to 12 periods at once.

As soon as the payment provider confirms. If a perk doesn't show up within a minute, reload the page.

The perks switch off and any effects you had selected are cleared. Your custom banner image stays uploaded, so buying again brings it straight back.
