The website meat.gg is operated by:

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the site, why we process it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under EU, US, and Russian law. In this policy, "we" means the operator above and "you" means the visitor or registered user.
Account data — Email address, Steam ID, nickname, password hash, profile settings, and any avatar or clan tag you choose.
Payment data — Payments go directly to one of our payment providers - Stripe for international cards, Paypalych for Russian cards, SBP, and e-wallets, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency. We do not see or store full card numbers or wallet keys. From the provider we receive a payment confirmation, the amount, currency, masked identifiers (such as the last four digits of a card), and country.
Gameplay and server data — Connection time, IP address, Steam ID, in-game statistics (kills, rounds, map), chat logs from game servers, anti-cheat signals.
Device and site data — Browser type, language, time zone, pages you visit on the site, referrer, and similar technical data needed for the site to work and to detect abuse.
Communications — Messages you send through support, Telegram, or VK channels, and any attachments.
To run your account and the game services — Performance of the contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); 152-FZ Art. 6 part 1, item 5). This includes processing payments through Stripe, Paypalych, or NOWPayments depending on the method you pick.
To protect the service against cheating, fraud, and abuse — Our legitimate interest in a fair and safe service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
To process payments and meet tax and accounting duties — Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) and performance of the contract.
To send optional marketing or product updates — Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); 152-FZ Art. 6 part 1, item 1).
We share personal data only with the recipients below, and only when needed for the purposes above.
Stripe (international cards) — Stripe Inc. acts as an independent controller for payment data and processes it in the United States. See stripe.com/privacy.
Paypalych (Russian payments) — Paypalych is a Russian payment aggregator that processes cards, SBP, and e-wallets and acts as an independent operator for that payment data. See paypalych.com for their privacy notice.
NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) — NOWPayments processes cryptocurrency payments and acts as an independent controller for the on-chain transaction data and any KYC data it collects directly. See nowpayments.io/privacy-policy.
Hosting and infrastructure — Our hosting and CDN providers store and serve the site and its databases on our behalf.
Analytics and anti-fraud — Tools that help us understand usage and block automated attacks. Where these use cookies, we ask for consent first.
Law enforcement — Only on a lawful request and only what the request actually requires.
Depending on the payment method you choose, your payment data may leave your country: Stripe processes in the United States, Paypalych in Russia, and NOWPayments through international infrastructure. For EU and UK users, transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. For Russian users, by using the service you acknowledge cross-border transfer of your personal data as permitted under Article 12 of Federal Law 152-FZ.
Account data — While your account exists and for up to three years after deletion, in line with 152-FZ archival rules and to handle late disputes.
Payment records — Up to seven years, as required by US, EU, and Russian tax and accounting law.
Server logs and chat logs — Up to twelve months for moderation, anti-cheat, and security purposes.
