• By creating an account, joining a game server, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 13 years old if you live in the United States, 16 if you live in the EU or EEA, and 14 if you live in Russia. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

• If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. The rules below apply to every user.

• One account per person. Do not share your account or buy or sell accounts.

• Keep your credentials safe. Tell us at vladalko@meat.gg right away if you think someone else has access.

• No cheats, scripts, hacks, exploits, or anything that gives an unfair advantage.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal where you live.

• No spam, phishing, scraping, or attacks against the service or other players.

• Follow each game server's specific rules in addition to these Terms.

• We may warn, mute, kick, or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice depending on the seriousness.

Donations, VIP, in-game items, and similar purchases are processed by one of our payment providers depending on the method you pick. We do not store full card details, bank credentials, or wallet keys. The price you see at checkout includes any applicable taxes unless the page clearly states otherwise.

• Stripe handles international card payments. By paying with a card outside Russia, you also agree to Stripe's terms at stripe.com/legal.

• Paypalych handles Russian card, SBP, and e-wallet payments. By paying through Paypalych, you also agree to Paypalych's terms.

• NOWPayments handles cryptocurrency payments. By paying with crypto, you also agree to NOWPayments' terms at nowpayments.io.

• Once a digital item is delivered to your account or activated on a server, it is considered consumed.

• Prices and currencies are shown at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.

• Digital items are generally non-refundable once granted, because they are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned".

• EU and UK consumers: by starting to use a digital item right after purchase, you ask us to deliver it immediately and you accept that you lose the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived.

• Russian consumers keep the rights given by the Russian Consumer Protection Law for digital services that were not actually delivered.

• If you believe a charge is wrong, contact vladalko@meat.gg before filing a chargeback. We respond within a few business days.

• Chargebacks made without first contacting us can lead to suspension of your account and clawback of any items granted by that payment.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, with no proration of partial periods unless local law requires otherwise.

• The site, its design, code, branding, and content (other than user content) belong to us or our licensors.

• When you post a nickname, clan tag, avatar, message, or other content on the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it as part of the service.

• Do not upload content you have no right to use, including copyrighted material that is not yours.

• We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam, or the publisher of any game. Stripe, Paypalych, and NOWPayments are independent companies that process our payments. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it online and free of bugs, but we do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

• To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is capped at the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of in-game progress or items, except where the law does not allow such limitations.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by our negligence. Mandatory consumer protections in the EU, the United States, and Russia apply on top of these Terms.

• You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your profile or by emailing vladalko@meat.gg.

• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are involved in fraud or harm to others. Where it is fair to do so, we give notice first.

• Payment, intellectual property, liability, governing law, and dispute clauses survive termination.

Whatever country you are in, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. EU and UK consumers may rely on the rules of their habitual residence; California consumers may rely on California consumer law; Russian consumers keep the rights given by the Russian Consumer Protection Law.

If a court or authority decides a clause of these Terms is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest stays in force and we will apply the closest enforceable equivalent.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please email vladalko@meat.gg so we can try to fix the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Nothing here limits class-action rights where those rights cannot be waived by contract.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the service. This does not apply where the law does not allow such a clause against consumers.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the effective date above will be updated. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept the new version. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.
