1.1
These rules apply to every user on the project, including administrators of every rank, server heads, and project leadership.
1.2
Ignorance of the rules does not excuse a violation. Read them before playing.
1.3
Appeals are filed in the Complaints section. The window is 3 days from the time of punishment. Appeals filed after the window are closed without review.
1.4
Malicious actions against the project - scams, DDoS, leaking admin privileges or internal information, attempts to hack the site or servers, and credible threats to perform such actions - result in immediate removal of all privileges and a project blacklist regardless of user status.
Privileges revoked. Project blacklist.
1.5
All project rules apply when filing complaints on the forum or using the in-game !report command.
1.6
Proportionality. Administrators apply the lowest sufficient measure first: warning → chat block → temporary ban → permanent ban. Escalation requires a repeat offense or an aggravating factor explicitly listed in the cited rule.
1.7
First-time offenders on rules with subjective elements (game obstruction, !report abuse, etc.) receive a warning before any chat block or ban. This protection does not apply to cheating, fraud, ban evasion, malicious actions (1.4), or hate speech (2.5).
1.8
Personal data collected during inspections is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and any applicable local data protection law. Such data is retained no longer than 30 days. Administrators must not share, copy, or distribute it.
1.9
Anti-retaliation. An administrator may not punish a user for filing a complaint against that administrator. Such complaints are reviewed by an uninvolved curator or a higher rank.
1.10
Audit trail. Every ban, mute, kick, and other administrative action is logged with administrator ID, rule cited, evidence reference, and timestamp. Curators may audit any action at any time.
2.1
It is forbidden to use or store software that modifies the game client or server, or that grants advantages not provided by the game (cheats, hacks, scripts, macros, file replacements). General-purpose macro tools may be permitted if an administrator's investigation confirms they are not used in CS2 or CS:GO.
Permanent project ban (appeal within 30 days).
2.2
It is forbidden to call out the position of enemy players to live teammates via voice, text, or external tools (Discord, Skype, etc.) when not playing the round.
First offense: 1 day ban. Repeat: up to 7 days.
2.3
It is forbidden to deliberately obstruct play - refusing to complete the map objective, intentional team-killing, or blocking teammates. Accidental incidents are not violations.
First offense: warning. Repeat: 5 minute–1 day ban.
2.4
It is forbidden to commit a violation and then justify it by exploiting imprecise wording in bad faith. Genuine ambiguity should be raised on the forum, not used as a defense after the fact.
1–7 day ban.
2.5
It is forbidden to harass users or post content targeting people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. This includes related symbols, slogans, and coded language, and the symbols of organizations designated as extremist or terrorist by applicable law. Discussion of news, history, or current events is permitted unless it amounts to targeted harassment or violates applicable law.
7 day–permanent ban depending on severity.
2.6
It is forbidden to insult other players. First offense: 1 hour chat block. Repeat: chat block up to 7 days. Continued insults after a 7-day block: 7 day project ban.
2.7
It is forbidden to direct personal attacks at other users' family members. Punishment will be in-game ban.
mention of relatives - ban 1 day, insults to relatives - permanent
2.8
It is forbidden to insult the project, its servers, or specific administrators. This rule applies in public channels and in personal messages directed to an administrator. Penalties scale from a notice/warning to a chat block, project ban, and ultimately a staff blacklist. Insulting a red administration representative (deputy creator, curator, creator) is treated as a severe case at the upper end of the scale. Constructive criticism on the forum is not a violation.
Warning → ban → staff blacklist. Severe at the upper end for insults to red administration.
2.9
It is forbidden to advertise third-party gaming projects, servers, or communities, or to recruit users away from meat.gg (including to MM, FACEIT, or similar). Streaming platforms used to broadcast meat.gg gameplay are exempt.
First: 7 day ban. Repeat: 30 day ban. Persistent: permanent.
2.10
It is forbidden to advertise gambling services, skin-trading sites, case or roulette services, or financial schemes. The rule applies regardless of any partnership unless promotion takes place in an official project channel.
7 day chat block first offense. 30 day ban for repeat.
2.11
It is forbidden to spam in voice or text chat - repeated messages, mic spam, or soundboards used to flood chat.
Voice/text chat block 30 minutes–7 days.
2.12
It is forbidden to threaten, blackmail, or extort other users or staff. Credible threats of real-world violence or illegal action result in a permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
From a 30-day ban to a project blacklisted
2.13
It is forbidden to deceive other users for profit (fake-profitable trades, false claims about items, etc.) or to defraud during the exchange of in-game items.
30 day ban first offense. Permanent for repeat or large-scale fraud.
2.14
It is forbidden to use voice changers, soundboards, or to broadcast music or system sounds in voice chat.
Voice chat block 1 hour, escalating on repeat.
2.15
It is forbidden to ignore an administrator's clear request. The administrator must (a) use an in-game admin call (private message or @mention), (b) wait at least 60 seconds, and (c) make at least two attempts before any sanction. Punishment applies only when these conditions are met.
30 minute ban first offense. Up to 7 days for repeat.
2.16
It is forbidden to knowingly exploit map or server bugs for advantage. Good-faith bug reports through the official channel are exempt; accidentally triggering a bug and self-reporting it is not a violation.
First: 7 day ban. Repeat: 30 days. Persistent: permanent.
2.17
On AWP and duel servers, when a player calls a 1v1 the others must wait their turn. Climbing the tower or interfering with an active 1v1 is forbidden.
Slay/kick first offense. 5 minute–1 day ban for repeat.
2.18
It is forbidden to climb the tower during a duel, also against one player, if the players remain 1 on 1.
Kick, but if the actions are repeated repeatedly, then ban from 5 minutes to 1 day.
2.19
Voice chat is restricted to users at least 14 years old, or to the higher minimum age required by the user's local law. Verification is by self-attestation; administrators may block voice for users who clearly identify themselves as below the threshold.
Voice chat block until age can be confirmed. 90 days if user knowingly misrepresents age.
2.20
It is forbidden to abuse the !report command - knowingly false complaints, complaints filed to harass, or complaints with no factual basis.
5 minute–1 hour ban first offense. Up to 7 days for repeat.
2.21
It is forbidden to impersonate the project administration, claim admin status without holding it, or use a nickname designed to suggest admin status.
7 day ban.
2.22
It is forbidden to knowingly provide false statements during an administrative investigation. Honest mistakes, partial recall, or differing interpretations are not violations.
30 day ban first offense. Up to 90 days for repeat.
2.23
It is forbidden to bypass an active sanction by using another account. All linked accounts will be banned.
2.24
It is forbidden to provoke (in a veiled manner) players to insult or violate server rules.
Blocking game text/voice chat from 1 hour to 1 week, further ban from 1 week and more.
2.25
It is forbidden to refuse a legitimate administrator instruction. An instruction is legitimate when it cites a specific rule violation or addresses server maintenance (e.g. AFK kick, restart). Instructions that contradict project rules need not be obeyed.
30 minute ban first offense. Up to 7 days for repeat.
2.26
Anti-cheat inspection. With reasonable suspicion of a 2.1 violation, an administrator may invite the player to the official cheat-check room at https://meat.gg/rooms/cheat-check or to the project's official Discord channel, and request a voluntary check using the official meat.gg checker (https://meat.gg/checker). The user may decline; declining is not itself a violation, though the suspicion is referred to curators for review. If the user agrees and prohibited software is found, rule 2.1 applies. During inspection administrators must conduct themselves professionally; mockery, insults, or pressuring the user violates the Administrator Code.
Permanent ban if prohibited software is found during voluntary inspection.
2.27
All discussions of the actions/omissions of admins and higher on the project are prohibited. If you have evidence, then write a complaint on the forum.
Blocking of in-game text/voice chat from 1 hour to 1 week, followed by a ban from 1 week or more.
