1. Общие положения
1.1.
The project's Media Streamer status is provided by the Administration based on the results of the application review and can be revoked in case of violation.
1.2.
The Media Streamer is required to comply with the Project Rules and the m9snoi Admin Code.
1.3.
During a live broadcast or video recording, the Media Streamer is a representative of the project and is required to maintain a professional and respectful style of communication with the players and the project administration.
1.4.
If violations are detected by players during a live broadcast, video recording, or media activity, the Media Streamer has the right to apply measures of influence provided for by the rules of the project to violators, including, but not limited to: mute, kick, slap, ban, as well as other available administrative measures, if necessary to prevent violations. to protect the broadcast, maintain order on the server and the reputation of the project. (It is mandatory to have evidence for punishment )
1.4.1.
All actions of the Media Streamer to issue punishments must be justified by violating the rules of the project and, if possible, supported by evidence: broadcast recording, video recording, screenshots, logs or other materials.
1.4.2.
A media streamer has no right to use punishments for personal purposes, due to conflict, provocation, dislike of the player, or to gain an advantage in the gameplay.
2. Особые права и обязанности Медиа-Стримеров
2.1. Использование привилегий, админ-команд и полномочий Медиа-Стримера ( ниже обьяснения всему )
2.1.1.
During a live broadcast, video recording, server check, or other media activity, the Media Streamer has the right to punish players for violating the rules of the project, as well as take measures to prevent disruption of the broadcast, recording, or event.
These measures include:
-issuing mute for insults, flood, provocations, interference in voice or text chat;
-issuing a kick/slap/jail for intentionally creating interference, disrupting filming, interfering with the recording or streaming process;
-issuing a ban for gross violations of the project rules;
-challenge the player for verification if there is suspicion of using cheats, third-party software, exploits, bugs or other unfair advantages;
-fixing the violation and then transferring the materials to the PR officer, the Project Supervisor or the senior administration.
2.1.1.1.
The media streamer has the right to call the player for verification in cases where there is reason to believe that the player is using:
-cheats / software;
-prohibited modifications;
-bugs, exploits, or bypasses of game mechanics;
-third-party programs that give an advantage;
-actions aimed at harming the server, broadcast, or community.
2.1.1.2.
The player's refusal to check, logging off the server, ignoring the Media Streamer's requirements, attempting to conceal the violation or delay the check may be considered a violation of the project rules and result in punishment in accordance with the project regulations.
2.1.1.3.
The media Streamer is obliged to act objectively and not allow abuse of authority. In case of a dispute, the punishment may be reviewed by the PR officer, the Project Supervisor, or the senior administration.
2.1.1.4.
In case of serious violations that threaten the server, the community, or the reputation of the project, the Media Streamer has the right to immediately apply player blocking without waiting for the broadcast or recording to end.
Such violations include:
-using cheats / software;
- insulting relatives;
-attempts to harm the server, including DDoS, exploits, server crash or other malicious actions;
-draining personal data;
-mass provocations aimed at disrupting the broadcast;
-gross violation of the rules of the live broadcast project.
2.1.2.
The media has the right to use the admin teams to improve the quality of the content, but only with prior approval from the responsible for PR (Media) or the Curator of the Project.
2.1.3.
The media can hold events (sweepstakes, challenges), but it is forbidden to use punishments as prizes or conditions. Prizes for the drawing can be obtained from the person responsible for PR (Media) or the Curator of the Project.
2.1.4.
The media must follow the rules of fair play. It is forbidden to remove content that demonstrates or promotes the use of cheats, card bugs, or any unfair advantage.
2.1.5.
The media must use a special prefix in the nickname [MEDIA] to inform the players about the streamer's presence on the server.
2.1.5.1.
If the streamer is conducting a server check (inspection), you don't need to set the prefix.
2.1.5.2.
The [MEDIA] prefix should only be used with the official NickName listed on the project's website.
2.1.6.
Donations from the airwaves go in favor of the streamer.
2.1.7.
At the discretion of the creator of the project, donations can be divided as a percentage between the media and the project.
2.1.8.
For the duration of a live broadcast, video recording, server inspection, or other official media activity, a Media Streamer is equivalent to a representative of the project in terms of ensuring order, fixing violations, and applying administrative measures.
2.1.8.1.
Players are required to comply with the legal requirements of the Media Streamer related to the suppression of violations, conducting checks, ensuring order on the server, protecting the broadcast and preventing disruption of media activity.
2.1.8.2.
Failure to comply with the requirements of the Media Streamer, provocations, intentional interference in the stream, disruption of recording, insults, flooding, interference in the gameplay or evading verification may result in punishment according to the rules of the project.
2.1.8.3.
The media streamer is responsible for the legality of the penalties imposed. In case of abuse of authority, measures of influence can be applied to the Media Streamer, up to the removal of the status.

2.2.1.
Each media streamer is assigned a personal PR manager (from the PR department) for operational communication.
2.2.2.
Responsibilities of a PR manager:
-Support of the streamer on all organizational issues (schedule, technical problems, coordination of events);
-Assistance in applying for bonuses or privileges;
-Monitoring compliance with deadlines (if the streamer has committed to the schedule);
-Collecting feedback from the streamer and transmitting it to the project management;
- Participation in conflict resolution involving the media.
2.2.3.
At the request of the PR manager, the streamer is required to provide reports on the broadcasts (links, statistics) within 24 hours.
2.3. Использование выданных привилегий (общий принцип)
2.3.1.
Any special statuses, bonuses, or in-game privileges (for example, immortality, creativity, access to the admin panel) are provided solely for creating high-quality content and cannot be used for personal purposes (flood, insults, pressure on players).
2.3.2.
It is forbidden to transfer your account with privileges to third parties. All responsibility for actions from your account lies with you.
2.3.3.
The use of privileges to gain an unfair advantage in gaming processes outside the content is prohibited.
2.4. Личный промокод и условия его получения
2.4.1.
Active media streamers can be given an individual promo code to distribute to viewers (Website Balance).
2.4.2.
Conditions for receiving a promo code:
-Media streamer status is active for at least 7 days;
-Lack of valid warnings for violations;
-The presence of at least 2 streams from the project in the last week.
2.4.3.
The promo code is registered – its transfer to other persons is prohibited and entails cancellation.
2.4.4.

2.5. Норма по контенту (регулярность и качество)
2.5.1.
We expect media streamers to be active on a regular basis. There is no hard KPI for the number of streams, but there is a long downtime (more than 14 days) It is considered a violation without prior notice and may result in a conversation with the PR manager.
2.5.2.
The priority is the quality of the content: a unique plot, the involvement of viewers, the absence of provocations and insults. If the streamer decides to reduce the frequency of broadcasts for the sake of deeper study of the material, this is agreed with the curator.
2.5.3.
If you skip a stream without a valid reason, you will be verbally reprimanded. With two warnings and 5 omissions for no reason, the media status can be removed (see point 3).
3. Наказания для Медиа (с учётом смягчения)
3.1.
All media punishments specified in the general rules of the project are reduced by 2 times in severity and duration.
Example: blocking for 1 hour → 30 minutes, etc.
3.2.
Exceptions (penalties are applied in full, without reduction):
-Deception of the person responsible for PR (Media) or the Curator of the Project;
-An attempt to drain admin data or personal data of players;
-Using cheats/bugs to gain an advantage;
-Deliberate draining of the project conversation (see clause 3.8);
-Repeated violations of the same clause more than 2 times may result in the application of standard penalties (without mitigation).
3.3.
Complaints about the media are considered exclusively by the person responsible for PR (Media) or the Curator of the Project. The Deputy Creator does not have the right to consider complaints about the media without their consent.
3.4.
The media are required to provide evidence of their activities (recording/streaming) at the request of the PR officer or Curator within 24 hours of notification.
3.5.
A complaint against a media partner must be reviewed and closed within 24 hours.
3.6.
After removing your status or leaving on your own, you are not allowed to use anything related to the project. m9snoi.net (currently meat.gg )(logos, posts, nicknames, etc.) without separate permission.
3.7.
Cheating a player on the stream / server is punishable by removing the status without the right to reapply.
3.8.
If a media project conversation is accidentally drained, the PR manager conducts an explanatory conversation. In case of intentional discharge, a warning is issued (and in case of relapse, withdrawal).
4. Заключительные положения
4.1.
Violation of any of the points of these regulations entails measures of influence – from verbal remarks to lifting the status and blocking, depending on the severity of the offense.
4.2.
All disputes are handled by the project administration in favor of preserving the project's reputation and a fair gaming environment.
