Community Rules and complaints handling

The order and control over the observance of these Rules on the site are carried out by the participants of the site: Moderators, Senior Moderators, Deputy. The Creator, Curators, and those Responsible for monitoring the site, who, according to their authority, can edit or delete messages, close topics, issue warnings to participants, block a participant's account, and so on.

The site operates in post-moderation mode, which is characterized by the instant publication of messages from participants and their subsequent moderation after a while. In this regard, the site may contain messages that are not acceptable from the point of view of moderation and the Rules of the site.

These rules are mandatory for all participants and Moderation of the site. These rules may be supplemented by the internal rules of individual sections of the site.

The person responsible for monitoring the site is an authorized person who carries out general control over compliance with the rules of the site, consideration of complaints, moderation and the correctness of decisions.

The person responsible for site control has the right to review any decision made by the Moderation or other authorized persons controlling the site.

Based on the results of the review, the Person Responsible for monitoring the site has the right to leave the decision unchanged, change it, cancel it, or refer the issue for reconsideration.

Public discussion of the actions of Moderators, Senior Moderators, Deputy is prohibited. The creator Responsible for controlling the site, the Creator, as well as unconstructive criticism of the site.

Attempts to continue the discussion, which was suppressed by the Moderator or a higher-ranking person, by opening a new topic are considered as a public discussion of the Administration's actions and are suppressed accordingly.

It is forbidden to leave aggressive or offensive expressions in comments and messages. It is forbidden to use foul language. The site is distinguished by respect for each other. Don't break this tradition.

It is forbidden to create multiple copies of themes in different sections of the site. This is considered a flood and is punishable.

It is forbidden to use someone else's username and password to post information on the site that contradicts the rules or is offensive. It is also forbidden to transfer your account, username and password to other persons.

A participant who notices such violations is obliged to inform the site Administration about them, using private messages for confidentiality.

It is forbidden to openly sort things out with each other on the site. You can prove your case using VKontakte, Discord, or private messages, excluding violations of the rules.

It is forbidden to show Nazism, racism, disrespect and other similar views.

It is forbidden to ask for a reputation boost for yourself or other users, as well as to solicit reactions, ratings, likes or other similar marks of activity on the site.

It is forbidden to discuss issues related to politics, political figures, or the legislative system.

It is prohibited to use nicknames similar to those of Administrators and higher-ups, as well as nicknames that are directly related to the project: m9snoi.net and meat.gg, Moderator, Deputy The Creator, etc., without the approval of the Administration.

Do not create topics with obscure content. Topics entitled "???????", " JB", "HE BROKE THE RULES", etc., in the absence of acceptable content, will be closed without consideration or deleted.

Complaints are filed strictly according to the form indicated on the website. The complaint must contain all the necessary information for its consideration.

If the complaint is filed incorrectly, it may be closed without consideration.

Moderators have the right to edit the complaint into a suitable state at their discretion.

When writing a complaint against a Player or an Administrator, the use of profanity, provocation, and insults is prohibited.Moderators have the right to edit the complaint into a suitable state at their discretion.

You can upload the video to YouTube, Rutube, Google Drive, Imgur, Yandex disk or any other resource allowed by the rules and attach a link to the video.

An Administrator or a Player who is not related to the complaint has no right to respond to it.

Managers are prohibited from reviewing complaints, requests for cancellation, and tickets of servers they are not involved in.

Messages like "The complaint is not in the right form" are also included in this rule.

Complaints can only be answered by:

- The player is the author of the complaint;

-The administrator who is accused of violating the rules;

-The decider/responder who is responsible for sorting the complaint according to the hierarchy;

-The person responsible for monitoring the site, if he/she is monitoring or reviewing the decision.

All other messages can be deleted by the site Moderation.

The complaint must comply with the filing form.

It is forbidden to duplicate the same complaint.

It is forbidden to create complaints from a third party.

It is forbidden to use evidence from third parties without their consent.

The video recording should not be subjected to any processing. The sounds of the game and the voices of all the players, including the author of the video, should be clearly audible on the video.

There may be exceptions.

Timecodes of violations should be provided for the description of videos that last more than 02:00 minutes in total.

Note: Timestamps should be provided in the complaint itself, not on the video or in the video description.

Explanation: If the video lasts more than 02:00 minutes, a time code for each violation must be specified. Otherwise, it can be ignored.

Exception: if you need to understand the essence of the situation, the Administrator can view video material that goes beyond the scope of the provided timecode.

The beginning and end of the violation situation should be recorded on the video.

Note: The Administrator has the right to dismiss the complaint if the evidence provided is insufficient to impose a penalty.

The minimum video quality is 720p.

Screenshots or Videos should be uploaded only to the following sites:

Offensive, disrespectful and obscene language is not allowed in the title of the video materials, a brief description of the situation and other materials attached as evidence.

Note: if the material contains insults to relatives, administration, nation, religion, etc., the complaint is also subject to rejection.

It is forbidden to delete the video until 48 hours have elapsed after checking the complaint.

It is forbidden to change the complaint form in any way.

Explanation: it is forbidden to add various emoticons, change the font, size or color if this interferes with the perception of the text.

Complaints that were filed after violating the rules of the site, including multiaccount, circumvention of blocking, etc., will be automatically rejected.

Complaints in which the Author does not respond for more than 24 hours are closed.

The accused Administrator must attach evidence of his innocence to the complaint within 24 hours.

Screenshots or videos can be used as evidence, depending on the complaint itself and the problematic issues outlined by the Author.

If the complaint is not in form or some points are missing, the Author is given 24 hours to reissue and supplement it.

Complaints that are not in form are automatically rejected.

Exceptions are possible if an error in the template does not affect the situation or verdict in any way.

When considering a complaint, the Administration has the right not to take into account certain points.

The person responsible for monitoring the site has the right to review the complaint, appeal, topic or other decision made on the site and make a new verdict.

Note: for violation of the rules of the website, the complaint may be closed without consideration. In critical situations, authors or delinquent users can receive a group group "temporarily suspended" (account blocking on the site).

Complaints about Administrators and Chief Administrators are handled by Supervisors and higher.

Complaints against Managers are considered only by the Deputy. The Creator, Creator, or Responsible for site control.

Complaints about Moderators are considered by Art. Moderators, Deputy. The Creator, Creator, or Main Supervisor of the site.

Complaints about the Deputy. The Creator is considered only by the Curators Responsible for monitoring the site or the Creator.

Complaints about Curators are considered only by a disinterested curator or Creator.

The person responsible for monitoring the site has the right to intervene in the consideration of any complaint, topic, application or appeal at any stage of consideration, if he considers it necessary.

Measures of influence may be applied to the user for violation of these Rules of the site, depending on the nature, severity and repetition of the violation.

Possible measures of influence:

- Verbal warning;

-Deleting a message, topic, complaint, or other material;

-Editing a message, topic, complaint or other material;

-Closing a topic or complaint without consideration;

-Restriction of access to individual sections of the site;

-Temporary account blocking;

- Transfer to the "temporarily suspended" group;

The penalty is determined by the Moderation of the site, Deputy. The Creator, the Curator, the Main monitor of the site, taking into account the circumstances of the violation, the Creator (see clause 7.4.).

When determining the penalty, the following factors are taken into account:

- Severity of the violation;

- The presence of intent;

- Consequences of the violation;

- Repetition of the violation;

-User behavior after a violation;

-The history of the user's previous violations.

Mitigating circumstances may include:

- Voluntary admission of a violation;

-Removal or correction of violations before Moderation intervention;

-Assistance in analyzing the situation;

-Absence of previously committed violations;

- Apologizing to the injured party.

Aggravating circumstances may include:

- Repeated violation;

- Massive violation of the rules;

-An attempt to deceive the Moderation or Administration of the site;

-Creating a conflict situation;

-Insulting the site's participants, Moderation, or Administration;

-Using a multiaccount;

-Bypass the lock;

-Removal or concealment of evidence;

provocative behavior.

For a minor violation, a warning can be issued without applying more stringent measures.

For a gross or repeated violation, temporary blocking, transfer to the "temporarily suspended" group, or permanent account blocking may be applied.

Critical violations, including circumvention of blocking, use of multiaccount, account transfer, gross insults, threats, incitement to hatred, publication of prohibited content or other serious violations, may be punished by account blocking.

The moderation and Administration of the site have the right to apply penalties for one specific violation, as well as for a combination of violations.

If there are several violations, the penalty may be increased.

The absence of a specific penalty in a separate paragraph of the Rules does not mean that a violation cannot be punished. In this case, the measure of influence is determined by the authorized person, taking into account the nature of the violation.

The person responsible for monitoring the site has the right to review the imposed penalty, mitigate it, strengthen it, cancel it, or appoint a new measure of influence.

The user can be released from punishment or receive a milder measure of influence if the violation was minor, committed for the first time or did not entail significant consequences.

The decision on the application of punishment comes into force from the moment it is made by an authorized person, unless otherwise specified in the decision itself.
